Your ingredient list includes buckwheat so how can you be gluten-free?
Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and is gluten free. It is a “pseudo cereal (a seed that acts like a grain), and is celebrated as a good source of protein, dietary fiber, some B vitamins and various dietary minerals. Read more about pseudocereals on the Science page.

Our products are free from all top 8 allergens (soy, wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish, and shellfish).

Our deli slices include spicy and mild pepperoni that can be used as they are, or on a pizza, and ham-style deli slices seasoned with a flavourful and nutritious blend of herbs and spices.
