Our technology is based on endless hours of research and development. Each product requires thousands of experiments it reaches its final shape, consistency and taste. Our food technology lab has developed a method that is vastly different from conventional plant based meat analogue production.

This unique method enables us to create highly nutritious products using:

  • NO Stabilisers, hydrocolloids, emulsifiers
  • NO Synthetic acidity regulators
  • NO Flavour enhancers or artificial colourings
  • NO Fillers or hydrolysed components

The result is the first truly clean label, plant based deli product range.

Seeds

Seeds like buckwheat, chia, quinoa and amaranth carry higher nutritional value than cereal grains in quality of protein composition, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

They also contain essential fatty acids which are helpful in the prevention of degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and osteoporosis as well as inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Their vitamin-E content acts as a natural defence against lipid oxidation, fights against free radicals and prevents cell damage and injury.

Green bananas

Green bananas contain RS2 resistant starches, potassium, magnesium, manganese, iron, fibres and antioxidants. Consumption of green bananas increase nutrient absorption, improve digestion, lower blood pressure, boosts the metabolism and regulate blood sugar levels.

The dietary fibre regulates excess cholesterol by scraping it from arteries and blood vessels, which can lower the risk of atherosclerosis and heart attacks, as well as coronary heart disease.

Legumes

Legume consumption is associated with a slimmer waist and lower blood pressure, and randomised trials have shown that it may improve the regulation of blood sugar, insulin levels, and cholesterol.

Beans are packed with fibre, folate, and phytates, which may help reduce the risk of stroke, depression, and colon cancer. They are an easily digested protein and a great source of fibres and iron.

Herbs and spices

Chili, garlic, onions and green herbs contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Oregano, basil and other green herbs appear to improve immune function and inhibit the growth of bacteria, yeasts and molds while fighting inflammation.

Herbs and spices are also in the spotlight for their potential cancer prevention qualities.
